The very thought of hospitalisation is quite scary for me but caring doctors like you make it truly friendly and pleasing. Thank you very much for seeing me in an acute setting, you've kindly given all the time I needed to understand the procedure and addressed all of my concerns. Your key hole operation on my inflammed appendix was a success as I went home the same day and was back to normal in no time. Thanks for adding a human touch to my treatment.

I Was recommended Mr Bhargava from another consultant as I needed surgery and saw him at the spire London east, Totally amazing doctor/surgeon, can’t recommend Mr Bhargava enough. Fantastic care from start to finish. Had a laparoscopic colesystectomy and Mr Bhargava explained the surgery in great detail and eased any fears or worries I had. Very kind and gently spoken, never rushed me and took the time to make sure I understood it all, Mr Bhargava went above and beyond with his care. Would 100% always go back if I needed too. Just been discharged and feel kind of sad I won’t be seeing him again.

Wow what a surgeon! Incredibly competent, supportive and kind. 7 months ago I had an Anterior abdominal wall reconstruction with general surgeon, Mr Bhargava and plastic surgeon Mr Sood at King George’s Hospital. Mr Bhargava took the time leading up to surgery and after to explain through the surgery carefully, reassuring me at all times. He is extremely skilled so left me and my husband feeling nothing but 100% confidence. Mr Bhargava also telephoned my husband when he had finished his part of the surgery before Mr Sood continued to update him, which was very reassuring for my husband with a long surgery. I was very well looked after at King George’s, albeit painful recovery I was given lots of time, patience and support. I cannot explain how this surgery has quite simply changed my life. I had had to adapt my life completely due to my physical limitations and constant pain; The severe abdominal pain, the visible digesting of food and pain when eating certain foods, pelvic and back pain has all been amazingly resolved. I am so very happy to say that I am now pain free! I also was able to pull my first Christmas cracker in 4 years this week. Since the surgery I have realised how drastically this issue affected my mental health with the ongoing pain, the physical look of my stomach and also my relationship with food. I now feel so much more confident, have a healthier outlook on eating and feel extremely grateful to be able to be a fully functioning mummy to my 3 little boys, wife and an NHS Paediatric Music Therapist.
